Best of the semester-Contrasting about two employees(2)

  At the begin of this semester, our university is hiring a new English instructor. Therefore, we issued this notice, then we get two resumes from two eligible people for this job. After thinking twice, we decide to hire Debra Fines. Below are some points, why we decide to hire her to be our new English instructor. First of all, Debra has more education than Lynn. In addition, those experiences can help her teach more professional knowledge to our students. Besides, Debra has various employment experience, while Lynn doesn't. Moreover, those experience may help her to show how professional she is. The last but not the least,  Debra has a publication, but Lynn doesn't. That is why she can help our students to improve their writing abilities. Although Lynn is a good teacher, we think Debra is more suitable to this position. To sum up, the final decision will be declare after we discuss in the meeting.
