    Buying a new house is the dream of everyone in the world, including me. However, it's not easy for me to buy a house on my own. However, it is several reasons for me to buy a house.  First of all, thought I don't have enough money to buy a house, I can borrow some money from the bank or friends. Besides, if  I buy a house with the good location, it may appreciate in the future. Therefore, I can earn a lot of money from selling it. So the analysis for the appreciation is important for me to do. Moreover, if I buy a house near some schools or companies. I can rent it with high rent. To sum up, buying a new house not only can make me live more pleasant and it can make me earn a lot of money.
